When Contacting Support, Please Include
The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Try to include:
- Your account email address
- Which client account the issue relates to (if applicable)
- A description of what you were trying to do
- What happened instead (error message, unexpected behaviour, etc.)
- Any screenshots — a picture is worth a thousand words
- The date and approximate time the issue occurred
Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Aimee isn't responding in Telegram
- Make sure your Telegram account is properly paired. Go to Settings → Messaging Connections → Telegram to check the connection status.
- Try sending
/helpto Aimee to see if the bot responds. - If there's no response at all, try disconnecting and reconnecting Telegram from your settings.
A platform integration is showing as disconnected
- Go to Integrations for your client and click the disconnected platform to reconnect it.
- OAuth connections (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) expire periodically — you'll need to re-authorise.
- For Twitter/X, double-check that your API credentials haven't expired or been revoked.
Content isn't publishing after I approve it
- Check that the relevant platform integration is still connected (go to Integrations).
- Verify the post is in Approved status (not still Pending Review).
- If it's scheduled for a future time, it won't publish until that time arrives.
My analytics aren't updating
- Analytics sync periodically from your connected platforms. Allow up to a few hours for new data to appear.
- Check that your platform integration is still connected.
I accidentally approved the wrong post
- If the post hasn't been published yet, you may be able to un-schedule or cancel it from the dashboard. Contact support for urgent help.
The AI content doesn't sound like my brand
- This is almost always a brand voice issue. Review and update your brand voice rules in your client's Settings. See Setting Up Brand Voice for tips on writing better rules.

Found something that isn't working as expected? Please report it to support@ai-mee.uk with:
- What you were doing when the bug occurred
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Any error messages you saw (a screenshot helps)
