Why is my social media integration showing as disconnected?

If a platform in your Integrations list shows as disconnected, your authorisation with that platform has expired or been revoked and needs to be renewed. Click the disconnected platform to reconnect it — this only takes a moment and no content is lost.

What you'll see

  • A platform card in Integrations marked Disconnected
  • Posts for that platform stuck instead of publishing
  • This can happen on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter or Google

Why it happens

OAuth connections expire periodically for security reasons, and some platforms revoke access if a password or app permission changes on their end. This is normal and not specific to your account.

How to fix it

  1. Go to your client's Integrations page.
  2. Click the platform showing as disconnected.
  3. Re-authorise — you'll be sent to the platform and back.
  4. For X/Twitter, also check that your API credentials haven't expired or been revoked on Twitter's side.

Still stuck?

Email support@ai-mee.uk with your account email, the client name, and which platform won't reconnect.
