Aimee isn't responding to my messages on Telegram

If Aimee has gone quiet on Telegram, it's almost always a connection problem rather than something wrong with your account. Check your Telegram connection under Settings → Messaging Connections — if it shows as disconnected, reconnect it and try again.

What you'll see

  • You send Aimee a message on Telegram and nothing comes back
  • /help gets no reply either
  • Everything looks normal in the web dashboard

Why it happens

Telegram connections can drop if the pairing expires or the bot loses access to your chat. The dashboard is unaffected because it talks to Ai-Mee directly, not through Telegram.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Settings → Messaging Connections → Telegram.
  2. Check the connection status.
  3. Send /help to Aimee on Telegram and see if she responds.
  4. If there's still no response, disconnect and reconnect Telegram from your settings.
