Requesting Content from Aimee
Aimee is your AI content assistant on Telegram. Asking for content is as simple as sending her a message — but a good brief gets you much better results. Here's how to do it well.
The Basics
Open Telegram and find your Aimee chat. Just type what you need:
"Write an Instagram post about our new lunch menu."
That's it. Aimee will ask a follow-up question if she needs clarification, then get to work.
Writing a Good Brief
The more context you give, the better the content. Here's a template to follow mentally:
What — What is the post about? Where — Which platform(s)? Goal — What do you want readers to do? Tone — Any special tone requirements for this post? Details — Any specific facts, dates, offers, or URLs to include?
Examples of Good Briefs
"Can you write a Facebook and Instagram post for our Saturday evening special — 3 courses for £35, available this Saturday only. Keep it exciting and make people want to book."
"Write a LinkedIn article introducing our new Head of Operations, Sarah Jones. She's been in the industry for 15 years. Make it warm and professional."
"Draft an email announcing our Black Friday sale — 25% off everything until midnight Sunday. The promo code is FRIDAY25. Include a strong CTA."
Specifying Platforms
You can mention as many or as few platforms as you like:
- One platform: "Write a tweet about..."
- Multiple platforms: "Write for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn..."
- Let Aimee decide: If you don't specify, Aimee will generate content for all your connected platforms
Linking a Campaign
If you've created a campaign, you can ask Aimee to associate the new content with it:
"Write a post for our Summer Sale campaign — it's about the final week of the promotion."
Or you can link posts to campaigns manually from the dashboard after they've been generated.
Useful Telegram Commands
You can also use shortcut commands with Aimee:
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
/posts | Lists your most recent posts |
/scheduled | Shows all upcoming scheduled posts |
/clients | Lists all your client accounts |
/help | Shows all available commands |
What Happens After You Ask
- Aimee confirms the brief — She may ask a clarifying question or just confirm she's on it
- Content is created — An AI writer generates platform-specific drafts
- Brand review — A second AI checks the content against your brand voice rules
- You receive the draft — Aimee sends you the content in Telegram, ready for your review
This usually takes less than a minute.
Requesting Edits to a Draft
If Aimee sends you something and it's not quite right, just tell her what to change:
"Make the tone more casual — it reads a bit stiff."
"The Instagram caption is too long — can you shorten it?"
"The promo end date is wrong — it ends on the 30th, not the 29th."
Aimee will revise and send back an updated version.
Tips for Great Results
- Include specific details. Dates, prices, names, and offers make the content much more useful.
- Mention your goal. "Get bookings", "drive clicks to our website", "increase awareness" all give the AI direction.
- Give feedback. If something doesn't land, reject it and explain why — Aimee gets better over time from your feedback.
- Check your brand voice. If content regularly sounds off, it's worth updating your brand voice rules.
