Analytics
Ai-Mee tracks how your published content performs — so you can see what's working and make smarter decisions about future posts.
What Metrics Are Tracked
Ai-Mee collects the following performance metrics for published content:
| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Impressions | How many times your content was displayed |
| Reach | How many unique people saw your content |
| Likes | Total likes or reactions |
| Comments | Number of comments on the post |
| Shares | How many times the post was shared or re-posted |
| Email Opens | How many people opened your email |
| Email Clicks | How many people clicked a link in your email |
| Click-Through Rate (CTR) | Percentage of people who clicked vs. those who saw the content |
Where to Find Your Analytics
Client Analytics Dashboard
Each client has their own analytics section in the dashboard:
- Open your client's page
- Click on Analytics
- Select the metric type you want to view (Impressions, Reach, Engagement, etc.)
You'll see:
- A history of that metric over time
- Per-platform breakdown (e.g., LinkedIn vs. Facebook vs. Email)
- Individual post performance
Campaign Analytics
On any campaign page, you'll see aggregated metrics for all posts in that campaign. This lets you see at a glance whether a promotion or series is hitting its goals.
How Analytics Are Collected
Ai-Mee connects to your publishing platforms and pulls performance data automatically. Here's how it works per channel:
Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok)
Performance data is synced via your connected platform accounts. Metrics are fetched periodically and stored in your analytics history.
Email analytics use two built-in tracking mechanisms:
- Open tracking — A tiny invisible pixel in your email detects when it's opened
- Click tracking — Links in your email are wrapped with a tracking URL so clicks are counted
Tips
For email tracking to work, the recipient's email client must allow image loading (most do by default). Some email clients block tracking pixels.
Reading Your Analytics
Here are a few things to look for when reviewing your numbers:
Impressions vs. Reach Impressions count every time your content is shown — including repeat views. Reach counts unique viewers. If impressions are much higher than reach, your content is being seen multiple times by the same people (often a good sign).
Low Engagement Rate If reach is high but likes/comments/shares are low, the content may be relevant but not compelling enough to interact with. Try asking Aimee to make future content more engaging or add a clear call to action.
Email Click Rate A healthy email click rate is typically between 2–5% depending on your industry. If it's below 1%, consider testing different subject lines or stronger CTAs.
Comparing Platforms Use the per-platform breakdown to see where your audience is most active. You might find that LinkedIn drives more engagement than Facebook for your particular business — and you can focus future content accordingly.
